Latymer is the fine dining destination of Surrey, awarded a Michelin star and 5 AA Rosettes. Offering the flavour of refinement in each and every dish, using only the very best sustainably sourced and seasonal ingredients.
You can experience the exquisite discovery tasting menu, skillfully crafted by Head Chef Steve Smith and his team, for dinner and also for lunch at the weekends.
Situated in one of the oldest parts of the original house at Pennyhill Park, Latymer has an intimate and luxurious feel with wooden panelling, a beamed ceiling and plush interiors throughout.

The Hillfield Restaurant
Named after the earliest historic reference to the land, ‘Pennyhillfield’, Hillfield restaurant and bar is a truly hyper-local restaurant that celebrates and showcases the very best of Surrey’s finest produce.
Enjoy a relaxed and casual atmosphere whilst enjoying an array of quality food and drink, where provenance and traceability of produce from the Pennyhill Park estate, Surrey Hills and the wider county is at the heart of what we do.
There is a particular focus on sustainability, working with farmers who preserve and enhance the landscape with a commitment to high welfare and taking sustainable ethics into the kitchen, with a ‘Farm to Fork – Nose to Tail’ philosophy seen throughout the menu.
Open all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Hillfield presents recognisable dishes that celebrate the seasons in a relaxed and stylish setting. Less about hotel fine dining, Hillfield has a more relaxed and fun feel to the menu, perfect for couples, friends, families or even a relaxed work meeting over lunch.
Breakfast is available à la carte, whilst dinner services offer a modern British menu including Barracks Farm dry aged côte de boeuf, Windsor Great Park rabbit, and hand-rolled kale pesto pasta.
There is also a ‘Surrey Grill’ specials board and traditional Sunday roast platters to feast on. A dedicated cheeseboard is on offer featuring an ever changing selection of local artisanal cheeses and predominately British varieties. The ‘Hillfield Young Farmers’ menu ensures the littlest of guests are not forgotten with some delicious options just for them.
Hillfield Bar serves the food and drink you crave when visiting your classic country local, albeit with a five-star twist. Take your pick from light breakfasts, hot and cold plates served all day, bar nibbles, pastries and cakes from the Pennyhill bakery, as well as the hotel’s award-winning afternoon tea.
When it comes to drinks, in addition to a classic barista coffee, you can expect the very best in English aperitifs, Hillfield house-made cordials and signature cocktails – not least from our award-winning Hillfield Gin. As well as local beers and a wine list that includes the finest of English and European producers.
